Yesterday I spent the morning running a yard sale for my wife…

I was against the idea but I learned marriage is about compromise.

This way we could declutter our house before moving so I decided to help.

We stayed up late the day after Thanksgiving to label and set out all the things we wanted to sell.

Well, it turns out my wife got food poisoning from the family potluck… (It wasn’t my turkey)

So, here I am 6 am running a garage sale with 5 kids by myself.

In the back of my mind, I think what a waste of time.

Well, I was right. In total, we made about $134 from 7 am -12 pm.

That comes out to $26.80 per hour.

In order for me to hit my goal of making $50,000 per month…

I should be looking at opportunities to make.

$208 per hour for an 8-hour day
$333 per hour for a 5-hour day
$833 per hour for a 2-hour day

So I could take that same 5 hours and turn it into…$1,665.

$1,665 vs $134

170% Difference

If I donated all the stuff or even took it to the dump and got back 4 hours I could have still made $1,332.

Just like everyone I want to work less and make more…

This is done by finding leverage to give you a return on investment (ROI) and a return on time (ROT).
