There’s a storm coming for those who aren’t prepared.

I asked my FB audience what they were doing for marketing and it was a mixture of…

  2. I have no idea

  3. Clinging on to old ways

This tells me that 90% of people do not know what to do.

I saw this happen when hedge funds pulled out leaving investors scrambling to find buyers for their deals.

That wiped out about 50% of the market. I think this new storm will have a near 80% failure rate for those unprepared.

Wholesalers, Flippers, and investors can’t function without leads.

When all the lead channels shift most will be caught DEAD without a solution.

Recently SMS marketing has died on most major texting platforms another sign of the storm coming.

Agents are sick and tired of being hounded by investors and quickly agent outreach is dying off another sign of the storm coming.

There will be a huge shift in how wholesalers, flippers, and investors find deals in 2024.
