Hey it’s Xavier,

And I wasted so much time!

I was waiting for the right information. I was waiting for the right time. I was waiting for the right systems.

I was waiting….waiting and never taking action.

This lead me to miss the trends I saw that other wholesalers were taking advantage of.

This happened when I first got introduced to wholesaling 4 years ago.

My friends were sending mailers.

Then running FB ads.

Then texting.

Then cold calling.

I kept missing the wave waiting.

I was helping gurus sell their programs but I wasn’t wholesaling for myself.
