Part 2

I am finally back after getting my kids in school here in Louisiana…what a journey that was!

The last time I was in your inbox, I shared how I’ve bounced back and forth from being a full-time entrepreneur and working a job with a side hustle.

This zig-zag path between being full-time and returning to get a job has been stressful…

The stress was from not having a clear plan on what I wanted.

I never sat down and clearly defined what it was that I wanted.

As a leaf moved through the wind, I was tossed in every direction but the direction I wanted.

I left fate and chance to dictate my outcomes instead of controlling my outcome.

My mentor Ryan signs off every email with a quote that goes, “Remember, if your Character fails in life, it's because you wrote for your Character a shitty script.”

DAMN!

I wasn’t writing my own script.

He goes on to say “You have nobody to blame but you!!!”

Double DAMN!

At this point, I decided it was time to write my own script!

No more going with the flow…I would control the flow!

My new direction is to build a business that pays me to become my best self, make $50k monthly, and work 2 hours daily!

Having a direction lets me develop a plan, but will my plan work?

If I find someone who’s done what I wanted to do, I reduce the risk of my plan failing.

But I also need to define failure, and having a job while I build out this plan isn’t a failure anymore.

Failure would be giving up and only working a job. Failure would be building a business that didn’t give me what I wanted. (This acts as my bumpers to keep me on track.)

Well, what’s the plan to reach my outcome…

Ryan Fletcher has given me the plan… and it’s been proven, tested, and works.

Here’s the documented approach directly from the Partner program with Ryan…

1. Get an ACS - Machine

2. Start running a Top 50 Agent campaign to acquire marketing dollars

3. Turn on leads and begin the follow-up process

4. Contract and dispo (and or flip your first deal)

5. HIRING (this is where the scaling takes place)

6. Last hire CEO and/or COO - Manage Team – Solve problems as they arise

Now, with some respect to Ryan’s program, I can’t divulge all the details as they are not mine, but I can share with you my exciting journey with this documented approach.
