Need Money For Marketing?

Today, I am Restarting In A New Market (Baton Rouge)

To catch everyone up, I moved to Louisiana, and then in 30 days, I moved back to AZ. 😮‍💨 

I planned on rebuilding my business in Louisana, but my plans changed, and I got recruited to be the lead marketer for a big info brand in the real estate space.

My partnerships in Florida started to fizzle out, but I was stretched thin for time and didn't have time or resources to jump-start it.

If I kept prioritizing work that didn’t give me time and income freedom leverage, I would be stuck…

The downside to working a full-time job is you are capped at what you can earn with each hour of your time.

I can significantly increase the $ per hour I get paid through assets in business.

I already had all the assets I needed, but I needed a few resources.

Well, today I had time and started my path towards getting those resources.

The first was money!

I need money for marketing to rebuild my real estate business in a new market.

Now, typically, people would turn to…

• Saving

• Credit Cards

• Loans

• Business Partners

• or Give Up!

This constraint is solved in the program I joined over a year ago!

How?

Strategic partnerships with agents following a process my mentor Ryan taught in his Partner program. 🤝

I sent 50 emails to agents to see who would be interested in forming these strategic partnerships to fund my marketing. (3 replies already for meetings)

I’d be spending $0 out of pocket, and having money for marketing is no longer a constraint. 💰

Now, to form these partnerships, I need to bring something to the table.

The biggest value add is the ACS Machine which allows me to take $1 and turn it into $10.

The 2nd is the ability to generate motivated sellers on demand using pay-per-click ads.

When these two are combined with the lessons I learned in the ACS Class, I have reduced my chances of failing to near 0.

Now, I still need to execute, but I have started the flywheel by taking the first step.
