Looking For Partners?

I’ve been thinking about an idea after re-reading “Who Not How” by Dan Sullivan that I think will benefit a few of you.

In the book he talks about finding a “who” can help you achieve an outcome instead of trying to figure out “how” you can achieve it.

The obvious benefits are you tap into their experience, expertise, and time!

With my current projects, I haven’t had enough time to stay on top of my off-market leads.

I kept asking myself how I could create more time to work on these leads.

How can I close more of these deals?

I never stopped to ask, Who?

Well, I decided to ask who and found a partner to work with my leads. He’s able to sell better than me, he has more time to follow up and he’s helping me get a better ROI.

So naturally I thought of another book, “10x is Better than 2x” by Dr. Benjamin Hardy…

What would it look like if I were to 10x this to achieve my outcome of making $50k per month working only 2 hours per day?

Well, I would have to work less and increase my inbound lead flow.

I’m looking for a partner with experience in closing deals.

I’ll work for free, you cover the costs.

You risk money and do your sales thing, I risk my time and do my marketing thing.

I don’t get paid unless you do!

This way you work with somebody who is incentivized to work for you.

Here’s your part…

1. You make a deposit to set up everything you need and put up the marketing capital. (you’ll recoup this as we start closing deals)

2. You work the leads and close deals. (better if you can close deals creatively or even list if you are an agent)

Here’s my part…

• I’ll handle generating motivated seller leads for your business. ($2k-$5k/mo saved)

• I’ll make sure you have dialed-in systems and the lead quality you need. ($5k+ for all the setup)

• I’ll set up a Google Ads campaign, website, and follow-up systems if needed just for your market. (100% exclusive)

When you close a deal, I get % of the profit, I only get paid when you close deals!

Here’s the important piece this only makes sense for the right partners!

1. You must already know how to or be closing deals.

2. You must have at least $2k/mo for marketing dollars

3. You must be committed for at least 6 months.

Right now, we are closing 1 out of 10-12 leads so this is the hottest channel for deals in this market.
