When Do You Hire VA's?

Hey there’s an epidemic happening in the wholesaling space.

I almost fell for this trap when I started wholesaling because everyone just says hire a VA.

When did VA's become the solution to everything for wholesalers?

• I can't close deals? Hire A VA

• I can't find leads? Hire A VA

• I can't Dispo? Hire A VA

• I can't do TC work? Hire A VA

C'mon…

I have worked at a job where the boss said we need to make money but didn’t give me any direction.

He just gave me a list of contacts and said start calling and bring in some new business.

I’ve talked with hundreds of wholesalers and 60% all say they’ve had a bad experience hire a VA.

VA’s need a process, they need a system.

That's why my VA's didn’t work out.

I spent $1,000 paying for someone that didn’t help my business.

So now my rule of thumb is don't hire until you have a process that works and you've proven it.

It’s okay to do things all by myself to start.

I need to figure out the issues in the process.

Adding someone to a broken process usually makes the process worse.

Often times the process can be automated to make it easier.

Here’s my process that you can copy before you go hire a VA.

This will save you years of figuring things out on your own like I had to.

It’s the shortcut I wish I had when I was first starting.
