You have to get closer to the source.

This business thrives on deal flow.

You can get that deal flow from others for a price…or you can get it directly.

When you get it directly, you are in control…

When you get it from others, they are in control…

This is the same in any business.

Want to sell hamburgers?

You can buy from grocery stores and pay a 3x markup.

Or

You can go directly to farmers.

You’ll have a bigger margin, it’ll be more predictable, and the quality will be higher.

You want to go to the source as a wholesaler, flipper, and investor.

But each source has pros and cons…

My favorite source five years ago was SMS marketing.

It was cheap, easy, and effective.

Now it’ll get you sued.

Today, I only focus on Pay Per Click Marketing (PPC).

The issue with PPC is that most people don’t know how to set it up, optimize it, or use it.

At some point, you need to hire an expert.

I wouldn’t try to figure out how to run my electrical system and risk burning down my house or getting electrocuted.

Don’t try to learn PPC; hire an expert and let them show you how to turn the breaker on and off.
